1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ATMOS (Advanced Tube Media OS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Plans and Payments

ATMOS offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Pro plan is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to all Pro features. All purchases are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase if no nodes have been deployed under the Pro license.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute your access without authorization
• Engage in activity that generates artificial or fraudulent traffic

5. Node Operations

You are responsible for the nodes you deploy through ATMOS. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate nodes that violate these terms or that are used for fraudulent or abusive activity. Revenue generated through nodes is subject to our monetization partner agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology comprising the ATMOS platform are owned by ATMOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ATMOS is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATMOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any revenue earned and not yet paid out will be processed according to our standard payout schedule.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
